I just finished my ARC of Birding With Benefits yesterday and it's fantastic! Celeste and John are so likeable, are another romance couple in their 40s, and have wonderful personal journeys. Also, I learned a little about birding and the book is pretty spicy!
Your dorms were designed by I.M. Pei? I.M. impressed! I don't like going back either. I almost went to my high school 20th reunion, but covid spared me from myself.
I did so many of those "quit rather than talk to someone." A therapist later gave it the highly professional diagnosis of "takes her toys and goes home."
Loved this memory lane stroll and your take on reunions!
haha I like to be PRIVATELY sentimental! with no need for small talk!
I agree on the reunion thing. No need to go back! Thanks for all the books recs. Gonna check some of them out !
